Service Support

Because the digital copier/printer/scanner is so essential to business, the service agreement is a very important part of your business decision. Our main strength is in looking after our customers and we are proud of our service record and reputation. Our ability to provide a concise and professional level of service can be supported by our Konica Minolta 5star service accreditation.

On Site Support

With a service team of workshop and field based engineers we provide an extensive knowledge of the business solutions we supply and utilise our skills to minimise any down-time for our customers. If you have a requirement for support outside of our field base we are able to liaise with a number of well managed service departments that can deliver the same level of support you would receive from EBS.

Hotline Support

In service control we offer a friendly approach and we do not use call centres. Which means you will probably speak to someone you have spoken with before. We have engineers with skills in both the ‘physical’ elements of your device and also the ‘IT’ element. This ensures you get to the correct person first time and also that if possible we can clear the call and keep your device ‘on-line’ with minimal disruption to your business.

Remote Support

We also now offer remote support for any IT related issues. This ensures a speedy solution can be achieved with minimal disruption to your business and also that any down-time of the features of your device can be minimalized.

Maintenance Agreement (FSMA)

EBS offers its customers the very best in fully qualified, professional support and the most common method of achieving this is with a FSMA (Full Service and Maintenance Agreement)

The FSMA delivers peace of mind and can be inclusive of all toners, call outs, parts and labour allowing you to control your budget in the most cost effective way possible for your business or alternatively on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. Another benefit that sets us apart from others is that our maintenance agreement is a rolling 12 month commitment as opposed to the 60 month term offered by most of our competitors.

Also EBS can include within your FSMA a Systems Support contract which will cover the machines Network interface, any IT support service visits or remote fixes, driver upgrades and firmware updates.
