There are no hidden costs on our full service and maintenance agreement, and that's a promise. So forget adding toner postage, and other ‘extras' some companies will spring on you. Each service level agreement is tailored to that customer's specific requirements. We provide a totally transparent quote that gives you a cost per page that is fully inclusive. We'll even recycle used toners for free.

We believe in fair service contracts that put our customers in control. Our 12-month contracts give you maximum flexibility, and if everything is to your satisfaction, we can let simply the agreement roll on each year. However, should your business requirements change, you can have the peace of mind that we can adapt to them quickly, year in, year out.

You can rely on our technicians to do the job perfectly first time. They are locally based, just like us, and are manufacturer trained. We pride ourselves on taking the stress out of installing new machines. Our highly trained installation team will get them up and running, so all users will be able to print and scan as part of the network straight away. Don't worry if you've forgotten someone, you'll get free IT support for the first three months so any adjustments you need can be implemented efficiently.

Live monitoring

Part of our service includes remotely checking your products. Live monitoring shows us if your toner is running out or an error code comes up, so that we can deal with it promptly. Rest assured our technicians will give you the same excellent level of support for the duration of your contract. They also carry out preventative maintenance, as advised by manufacturers, to keep everything in good working order.

We provide a dedicated hotline where a trained technician can take your call and offer instant advice, should you need help. Our UK based support teams are on hand for you to speak to directly, without having to deal with an automated system. If a site is required, our average response time is just 4 working hours, and our local technicians will get to work to solve your problem then and there. We can agree a contracted response time with each client and if in the unlikely event we don't deliver, you can hold us to our money back* guarantee. Should issues persist, full service and maintenance customers get a loan product** while their machine is being fixed. Don't worry if you need new parts, you'll be covered for those for the term of your agreement – as well as free additional training sessions as and when you and your staff require them.
