Customer Area

Eastern Business Systems prides itself on its Customer care and service support. This area is dedicated to our contracted customers, to simplify the following tasks:

  • Order a Toner
  • Submitting a Meter Reading
  • Logging a Service Visit

Please be aware you will require your machine serial number (found on the service sticker) to use the feature of our Customer Area. Should you require any further assistance please click on the Contact area.

  • Toner Orders

    EBS understands that the efficient running of your business requires that you minimise down-time. We recommend that you keep a spare bottle of toner or one of each colour toner on-site. As soon as you put a spare toner into your machine, order a replacement, using the form below, to ensure you’ll never run out.
